I'm based on Seattle. Most of the services we provide can be done remotely.
Currently projects are run by me. I have access to a large pool of great professionals. If needed, I can tag additional resources to the project. My bar is very high and any resource I would add will need to meet my performance expectations.
We understand Startups and SMB's don't have huge pockets to manage projects. They don't like surprises on their bills. For that, we tend to run fixed price engagements. We discuss scope, milestones, deliverables and agree on the price of the project. No surprises.
That said, in some short-term projects, if it is the customer's desire, we can discuss hourly projects.
